Kathy and Sean Noble host the Noble House Suites. This property is located
on the banks of the Granby River in a quiet cul-de-sac at the edge of Grand Forks. There is immediate access to a private sandy beach and a
spectacular river walk. Amenities
include guest laundry facilities, wifi, hot tub, snooker table, movie theater with 155" screen, club size bocce court, games tables and board games. The home features just two rooms, thereby ensuring personalized care. Each room is spacious with a beautiful
en-suite bathroom containing multi-head showers and deep soaker tubs. The bedrooms have 55”
wall-mounted TVs, electric fireplaces, bluetooth sound systems, and individual climate controls. Parking inside the two car garage can be arranged for special circumstances.
The Daly Room includes two queen beds and artwork by Jim Daly. The Romance
Room has one king bed and showcases artwork by Trisha Romance. The Romance
Room is fully wheelchair accessible, and an elevator
provides access to the entire home.

Notes
There is no charge for cancellations made more than 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full room rate.
Room rates are based on multiple night bookings. For single night stays there is an extra $25 charge.
The room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $15.00 per person per day charge over 2 guests per room, this is to accommodate the extra full breakfasts, etc. Thank you!
Pets must be approved prior to arrival.
There is a $20.00 per night charge for approved pets.
